The Finns celebrate winning their 5th world title in ice hockey
On June 1, 2026, thousands of fans gathered at the Helsinki Olympic Stadium to celebrate the fifth ice hockey world title won by the Finnish national team, known as the Lions, who defeated Switzerland 1-0 in the IIHF World Championship final held in Zurich.
